Here’s exactly how the site works:
As a free basic member you can browse all the profiles and photos, and check out the quality of members before you become a premium member. When you want to initiate contacts, you need to upgrate to one of premium memberships (gold or platinum). Monthly membership fee is very low compared to other sites, but I recommend a longer membership. 3 month membership worked the best for me. I got to know several nice ladies during 3 months and kept contact with private emails, Skype, Facebook, phone, etc.
And once you become a premium member, free basic members can also contact you (send mails). This works quite well since most of the women are free members and they are looking for premium members.
The platinum membership offers live video chat and voice message as extra services over the gold membership. But I hardly think it’s useful to have these services available on the site since I can use Skype or other free tools to do the same. It doesn’t save you much, but I recommend you gold membership.
The Bad Points
- No travel or meeting arrangement. If you are looking for an online dating site which also offers trips and meetings, this site is not for you. They offer enough information about visa and travel. But, basically, you have to arrange your or her travel by yourself. Traveling cities in Ukraine or Russia without speaking Russian can be still difficult, so if you are not confident of traveling alone, find another marriage agency or travel agency which can arrange your trip.
- Some fake members. Registering to this site is very easy and there won’t be any check if the profile or photos put on the site are legitimate. So, I see a few fake photos (extreme photoshop work) and profiles which don’t seem to be real. But I should mention that this is really rare.
The Good Points
- Very High contact rates from women. Most of the women are standard members and they can only initiate contacts to premium members. Once you become a premium member, many women show interests and send messages to you. This worked really well for me.
- Unlimited contacts. I mean really there is no limit to contact and send mails and messages, so you can contact a thousand of members in a day if you like.
- No automatic credit card recurring. I had a problem with other sites to keep my automatic recurring setting off, and I had to be always careful not to set the automatic recurring on by accident. This site doesn’t charge you anything extra, so I felt really safe.
